Button Button Who has the Button

Introducing the Lulu's Tiles Button, grab one for your blog off our side bar!

Here's to you little A

For two days in a row I have caught little A sporting the "bando" look. So today's etsy montage is deciated to all headbands and clips.

Feathered Azure
I couldn't even pick a favorite and right now she's offering one dollar shipping!

Beautiful pieces and she contributes part of her proceeds to create care packages for women who have been rescued from human trafficking.

This would be so cute in a newborn picture, very tempted to buy for little A.

My beautiful and talented friend owns Runway (and 2 other etsy stores!) everything there is simply beautiful.
Great prices and lots of colors of zipper flowers to pick from- I LOVE these!

This is simple enough to wear with jeans but elegant enough to wear out on the town.

I love this bobby pin, would look so cute tucked in by a ponytail!

New Etsy Item...

New item in the etsy shop, new "big sister (or brother) to be" tees and onesies. (And no, this is not an announcement.) These can be done in brother or sister and in several fabric choices. What a cute way to spread the exciting news!

Rag Letters

Remember those cute rag letters that I blogged about a few days ago? Well I couldn't stop myself from making them. I made an entire alphabet (more on that later since it's a V-day present for little A). I also did her name in pink and green to match her room. Once I finished the letters, I laid them out on the ribbon I wanted to use, then pinned the letters to the ribbon, then stitched away. I think they added a cute touch above her "new" big girl bed.

Let it snow.... again....

Well more snow is predicted for today and tomorrow here in Northwest Arkansas so I thought I would see what fabulous cold weather finds esty had- I was not disappointed!
(As always all these items are for sale just click on the link!)

I love the buttons on this cowl and the color- actually there's nothing I don't love about it!

This set is just precious! I love that you can get a matching set- now if I could only get my little girl to wear a scarf!

My little sis ordered this from emilymaysparks and LOVES it- all I can say is its way cuter than the earmuffs I used to wear!

Now I don't have a little boy, but I have noticed at craft fairs I've done and just about everywhere there is a shortage of really cute boy items. This hat is so cute it makes me wish I had a little boy to put it on!

I like things to be a little understated and this hat is gorgeous and understated.

Love ya...mean it...

I had to make a game for a Valentine Party that I am going to this week. I thought I would fill a jar full of candies for the girls to guess the amount and it might as well be darling.

So I dug through my fridge to find a jar that would work. This strawberry jam was almost gone so I scrubbed it out with a bottle scrubber and used fingernail polish remover to get all the sticky residue off (it worked like a charm).

Then I painted the lid pink and stamped a big "u" on the lid. Then I stamped the word LOVE all around the top of the lid.

I then stamped "xoxo" all around the edges of the lid.

I thought the words needed something between them so I used the tip of a mechanical pencil.
Then I dug through my stash of paper to find something to put of the front of the jar.
Next, modge podge your label on both under the label and on top of the label. Use your nail polish remover and a Q-tip to remove the rest of the modge podge from around the edges of your label.

To finish the lid spray the lid with a clear coat finish- everything looks better shiny.
Finish it all off with some matching ribbon and fill with your favorite candies. This would be great to give to your visiting teaching sisters, school teachers, friends, kids, etc.
